effective treatment with a provider who gets it
If you're navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, or the lasting impact of high-stakes work, you're in the right place. I work with individuals and couples to address these challenges, with specialized experience supporting public safety professionals, military personnel, and civilians in high-stress professions. I provide therapy that's grounded in science, tailored to your life, and designed to help you move forward. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based treatments that are backed by science. I work with clients to clarify their goals, regain a sense of control, and reconnect with the values that matter most to them.
I believe therapy works best when trust and safety are at the center of the therapeutic relationship—which is why I prioritize building a strong, supportive connection with every client. We’ll work together as a team, with one clear goal: to give you the tools and insight you need to move forward—independently and confidently.
